Standard lead time is 35-45 days from order confirmation and receipt of all required technical data. Timeline may vary depending on tonnage class, configuration complexity, and current production schedule. Rush orders may be accommodated — please inquire.

Accepted Answer

Yes. This is VALEU's key differentiator. We offer two product lines: VALEU Premium with CAT OEM upper structure, and VALEU Economy with domestic upper structure. Both are built on VALEU's proven pontoon undercarriage platform. The CAT OEM option ensures global parts availability through any Caterpillar dealer worldwide.

What shipping terms do you offer and which countries do you serve?

We ship FOB Shanghai/Tianjin as standard. We have exported to Indonesia, Australia, Brazil, Dominican Republic, Poland, Iran, and other markets. For first-time customers, we can recommend freight forwarders or work with your nominated agent. Payment via T/T or XTransfer platform for secure international transactions.

What quality assurance is performed before shipping?

Every undercarriage undergoes factory assembly testing and inspection before leaving the factory. We provide photos and confirmation of the assembled unit prior to shipment. Pre-shipment inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas can be arranged at buyer request. Additional QC documentation can be provided upon request.
